| I was lucky to get a contract at Aston Martin Lagonda to update the Dealer Communication System manual. In order to do this I had to learn to use the software and then put it in very simple, plain English so that it could be used all over the world. The manual explains how the dealers can use the DCS software and enables them to start from scratch (installing Adobe Reader) and progress to the more complex (ordering a customer's vehicle to their preferred specifications). I returned 2 years later to do another update. |
| I have written one day training courses for Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as for both Mac and PC operating systems (OS X and Vista will come next), and am happy to tackle most subjects with the necessary support. |
