Print it on aluminium...

I know it, it sounds impossible, but you really can have images printed on aluminium. For any occasion: keepsakes for weddings, awards for best in class, unique reusable window badges or even fridge magnets. Your logo, your biggest fish, your favourite photo, in fact, anything at all that needs to look special for a long time.

From single colour to photographic quality you can have it printed on badges, coasters (including calendar coasters) and plaques or made into crystal glass paperweights. There's a huge choice of metal colours and finishes; silver, gold and copper come in matt, brushed or mirror while the white is gloss finish; and a variety of shapes and sizes including octagonal.

If you send me a list of names and job titles along with your badge design you'll receive individually personalised badges; or order window badges and I'll send you a Word template (Mac or PC) that you can use to print and cut the inners.

Technical information
Screen printing Inks are solid, in other words, they lie on the surface of the metal and are dense enough
to stop the finish from showing through. So, for example, you print white onto a gold or silver coaster and it can produce an excellent contrast.
Die sublimation Inks are translucent and so the colour and lustre of the metal becomes part of the design.
You cannot print white because this process sees white as an absence of colour. Using gold or copper finishing will affect the printed colour so, for example, if your logo is dark blue it can take on a greenish tint.
